CARAMELISED BLOOD ORANGES WITH ANISE
Thomasina Miers prepares a colourful dessert that contrasts the tart sweetness of blood oranges with crisp, dark caramel. If when making the caramel sauce, some becomes solid in the pan, just put in all into the dish as the acid in the fruit will melt it in time. This dish will last for days in the fridge. We have tried this dessert many times and it is truly delicious.
